Refund policy


Refund policy for NEW TYPE TV subscription company:


  1. Customers are entitled to a full refund within the first 7 days of subscribing to the NEW TYPE TV service. If you are not satisfied with the service within this period, you can request a refund by contacting our customer service.
  2. Refunds will only be granted if the service does not work as advertised. We will need proof of the problem, such as error messages or screenshots.
  3. If you have violated our Terms of Use or violated any of our policies, we reserve the right to refuse your refund request.
  4. If you have purchased a multi-month subscription and wish to cancel before the end of the term, a prorated refund will be issued based on the time remaining on the subscription.
  5. All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to make the initial purchase.
  6. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your account.
  7. We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without notice.
